Walking over the bridge when father with a year old child in his arms comes to me and asks: “Sir, can we take selfie.” We take two pictures and then I walk along.
I reach to viewpoint called Panorama, where you can see two volcanos next to each other, one sleeping and one still active, and a canyon with a river running through. I sit down to replenish my energy lost from trekking and I already hear in distance schoolboys practicing phrases like “How are you, sir?” and “What’s your name, sir?” Finally one them gets enough courage to come to me to ask for a selfie. We take two pictures.
Not long time will pass when three older chubby grandmothers walk to me with a smile and ask if we can take selfie together. I answer with a smile: “Sure, why not” and I look how they help each other to get up from the steps to sit next to me. Probably 5, 6, 7, 8 pictures got taken with different poses.
I look how sky darkens and I decide to walk back to the city. I pass bunch of schoolgirls who also decide they wish a selfie with me. We take several group pictures, selfie with everyone alone and few more to be sure…
Here was a picture of two sleeping volcanos together. Picture which is lost between other pictures and lost from this site due to travelling.
